Leite creme com suspiro na Bimby

Começamos por fazer um leite creme normal:

Ingredientes:

  • 1 litro de Leite
  • 6 Gemas de Ovo
  • 200 grs. de Açúcar
  • 40 grs. de Farinha Maizena
  • 1 Casca de Limão
  • 1 Pau de Canela

Colocar todos os ingredientes no copo da BIMBY e programar 12 min., temp. 90º, velocidade 2.
Quando terminar o tempo, deitar para uma travessa baixa de ir ao forno e retirar o pau de canela e a casca de limão.

 

Em seguida, colocam-se 100grs de açúcar no copo da Bimby, bem lavado e seco e pulveriza-se 15 sgs, vel.9. Reserva-se.

Coloca-se a borboleta no copo da Bimby com as claras e uma pitada de sal e batem-se 5 min/vel 3 e 1/2. Em seguida, com a Bimby a trabalhar na vel. 3, vai-se juntando pelo bocal, o açucar pulverizado, às colheres.

Finalmente, deita-se este preparado por cima do leite-creme, rega-se com um pouco de caramelo líquido e vai ao forno para tostar um bocadinho. Se o forno estiver bem quente, bastam 5 minutos. Vigiar para não se queimar.

Fica uma delícia.

Super fácil e rápido. Eu fi-lo logo de manhã e guardei no frigorífico.
